.DISCUSSION...A Red Flag warning is in effect this afternoon as
scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop. Outflow winds in
excess of 30 mph are likely near the thunderstorm development and
aid in erratic fire behavior. Humidity will be elevated today with
much cooler temperatures expected. Dry weather and a rapid warming
trend will begin Tuesday and continue into Wednesday.
