.DISCUSSION...
After a solid round of wetting storms yesterday, especially along 
and east of the central mountain chain, another round is forecast 
today given daytime heating and a moist atmosphere. A warming and 
drying trend will begin Monday and continue through at least 
Wednesday as high pressure strengthens directly over northern New 
Mexico. The atmosphere will become increasingly hot, dry and 
unstable through mid week, but winds will remain below critical 
threshold. Sufficient moisture will seep int the state toward the 
end of the work week and into the weekend to fuel daily rounds of 
storms, but will likely have a relatively small wetting footprint.
