The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern Delaware County in east central Indiana...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 550 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
  thunderstorms with as much as 1.5 inches having fallen since 5 pm. 
  An additional inch is possible in spots. This will cause minor 
  flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Muncie, Yorktown and Ball State University. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Keep children away from storm drains, culverts, creeks and streams.
Water levels can rise rapidly and sweep children away.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
