...AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY APPROACHING THE LOWER TEXAS GULF WATERS...

  Coastal waters from Baffin Bay to Port Mansfield TX out 20 NM...
  Laguna Madre From 5 nm North Of Port Mansfield To Baffin Bay TX...
  Waters from Baffin Bay to Port Mansfield TX from 20 to 60 NM...

At 711 PM CDT, National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated an 
outflow boundary from thunderstorms over the middle and upper Texas 
Gulf waters, capable of producing winds from 20 to 30 knots. This 
outflow boundary was located along a line extending from 13 nm south 
of Seadrift to 27 nm southwest of Matagorda Island 607 to 31 nm 
southwest of East Breaks 228, moving southwest at 20 knots.

This outflow boundary is expected to move into the Lower Texas Gulf 
waters from 20 to 60 nautical miles offshore of Kenedy County by 915 
pm. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Gulf mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots offshore of 
Kenedy County.
