...FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of north central Ohio and
northwest Ohio will expire at 8 PM EDT this evening. Rainfall from
this afternoon has resulted in flooding in several locations. 
While flooding will continue for some areas through tomorrow, rain
will clear out this evening and flash flooding is not expected to
return. Please see ongoing Flood Warnings for the latest flood 
information.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT
TONIGHT...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania, including the 
  following areas, in Ohio, Ashland, Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula 
  Lakeshore, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Holmes, Huron, Knox, Lake, 
  Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, 
  Trumbull, and Wayne. In northwest Pennsylvania, Crawford, 
  Northern Erie, and Southern Erie. 

* Until midnight EDT tonight

* Localized areas of moderate to heavy rainfall will continue over
  the region today. Any heavier rainfall amounts will quickly run
  off, which may lead to additional or worsening flooding.
  Additional rainfall amounts through midnight of a half inch or
  less.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Watch is issued when there is a potential for flash
flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation. Monitor
the forecast and be prepared to take action should Flash Flood
Warnings be issued or if flooding develops.
