The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Portage County in northeastern Ohio...
  Geauga County in northeastern Ohio...

* Until 1015 PM EDT Thursday.

* At 310 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has 
  already fallen. This in combination with earlier rain will lead to 
  rapid runoff with streams and rivers rising. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Ravenna, Chardon, Kent, Streetsboro, Middlefield, Garrettsville, 
  Mantua, Chesterland, Aurora, Kirtland, Chagrin Falls, Huntsburg, 
  Hiram and Bainbridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
