The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Marion County in northeastern Missouri...
  Shelby County in northeastern Missouri...

* Until 200 PM CDT.

* At 1105 AM CDT, Up to an additional inch of rain with locally 
  higher amounts possible through this evening. Up to three inches 
  of rain have already fallen. This additional rain will have lower 
  rainfall rates than this mornings storms but will slow any 
  recession of water throughout the evening.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Hannibal, Palmyra, Monroe City, Shelbina, Warren, Clarence,
  Shelbyville, Maud, Emden, Philadelphia, Hunnewell, Taylor and
  Bethel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
