  Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL out
  20 NM...
  Eastern Choctawhatchee Bay...
  Western Choctawhatchee Bay...

* Until 200 PM CDT.

* At 1255 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near Mary Esther, moving northeast at 25
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Choctawhatchee Bay, Fort Walton Beach, Highway 331 Bridge,
  Shalimar, Fort Walton Liberty Ship Reef, Destin, East
  Choctawhatchee Bay, Mid Bay Bridge and Okaloosa Pier.
