  nm...
  Waters from Cape May NJ to Fenwick Island DE out 20 to 40 nm...

At 950 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, 
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was 
located near Fenwick Island, moving east at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Bethany Beach, Delaware Lightship Buoy 44009 and Fenwick Island. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
