.DISCUSSION...A few changes to the current forecast. Biggest
change was to lower max temps today by a few degrees from the
central valley and southward due to the showers and cloud cover
currently in place. Other changes were to tweak hourly POPs 
through the rest of the day as well as hourly temps and dewpoints.
With the showers and clouds that are in place now, thunderstorm
activity should be even further suppressed. Still believe the
plateau could see a few storms later this afternoon but the 
instability gradient should be pretty sharp between the plateau 
and valley. Will send updated zones.
