The main threat will be hail up to 1 inch, damaging wind gusts to 70 mph, and heavy rainfall producing flooding. Storms will continue to develop and organize into a line that will move across the eastern South Plains into the Rolling Plains late this evening into tonight. The severe threat will transition to damaging wind gusts to 70 mph and isolated heavy rainfall producing localized flooding.
