.DISCUSSION...Sunny skies in the morning will become partly cloudy in
the afternoon. There is the possibility of thunderstorms east of
Highway 101 over the higher terrain in the afternoon, but dry
conditions are expected over the burn location. Afternoon relative
humidity will drop to around 30 percent. Typical diurnal winds can
be expected with gusty south to southwest winds in the afternoon
hours.
