PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...


Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways.  Use caution when 
walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in 
flooded rivers and bayous.

The flood warning continues for
  the Big Cypress Bayou At Caddo Lake.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  6:00 AM Friday The stage was 175.7 feet. 
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 172.0 feet. 
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to a stage of 175.1 feet
  by tomorrow morning.
* Impact...at 175.0 feet...Homeowners should rush preparations to 
  completion for significant flooding problems. Nearly all homes that
  are not stilted face flooding. Boats should be moved from 
  boathouses and into open water to prevent them from rising through 
  the boathouse roof.  Also expect flooded access roadways in Cypress
  Village and Caddo Lake State Park.  Backwater flooding will 
  increase through James Bayou as well on the north side of the lake.
