Weather Summary For Central And Southeast Illinois

A weather disturbance provided for scattered showers and
thunderstorms across central and southeast Illinois. Isolated
locations in and around Morgan county experienced rainfall totals
of near an inch. Temperatures were in the 50s across much of
Illinois. 

The disturbance will continue shower and thunderstorm chances
through daybreak, mainly along and south of I-72.  Behind that 
exiting system, temperatures will warm several degrees above 
normal, lasting through the end of the work week. Another weak 
disturbance will slide through Thursday night with a chance for 
showers and thunderstorms. Dry weather returns Friday. Then on 
Saturday, the better chance for rain, as a frontal system slides 
through the Midwest. 

Highs today, will range from the upper 60s across much of 
Indiana, to middle 80s across southwest Missouri.

Overnight low temperatures, will range from the 40s in Wisconsin,
to the mid 60s in southwest Missouri.
