Transport winds between the surface up to about 4000 feet will be
out of the northwest. However, Transport winds will be out of the
west between 4000 feet to the top of the mixing layer around 7600
feet. Overall, Transport winds will be rather light all things 
considered.  Minimum humidities will be similar to what was observed
yesterday.  However, given the dryness of the airmass,  the minimum
humidity might be still 5 to 7 percent too high for today.
