...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM CDT FOR
BROWN AND CENTRAL COLEMAN COUNTIES...

At 232 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated light to moderate rain over 
Brown and Coleman Counties. Up to two inches of rain has already 
fallen. Although the heaviest rain has ended, runoff will continue 
to cause flooding of streets and low water crossings.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Brownwood, Coleman, Early, Santa Anna, Bangs, Blanket, Lake Brownwood
Near Thrifty, Burkett, May, Cross Cut.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
