Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the 
region over the next several days.

High pressure will build over the southeastern United States 
through Tuesday leading to warming temperatures. A cold front 
will approach from the Ohio Valley Tuesday night, and may bring 
scattered showers or a thunderstorm to eastern West Virginia and 
northern and western Maryland.

This front will stall just south of the region Wednesday, then 
return north as a warm front Thursday as low pressure tracks from 
the Ohio Valley toward the northeastern United States. Periods of
showers are possible during this time, before high pressure
returns to start the weekend.
