Surface high pressure across the Carolinas brought easterly flow over the local area today, with a gradual return of low level moisture as evidenced on the 00Z JAX RAOB below 900 mb. A few low level cumulus may skirt near the FL Atlantic coast toward sunrise, otherwise increasing cirrus clouds will continue to stream overhead from the west making for mostly clear skies tonight. Winds will decouple inland, where lows will generally range in the lower 50s with more mild temperatures near the Atlantic coast and St. Johns River basin in the lower 60s. Some shallow ground fog is possible especially across SE GA east of highway 301 under lighter low level winds (closer to surface ridge) and where moisture advected inland today, however, significant fog development is not expected. && .AVIATION...
