A brief break in the weather is expected overnight as a surface 
ridge moves east across the region.  A frontal boundary will develop 
over Southwest New York on Tuesday with an increasing chance of rain 
over the Western Southern Tier by afternoon, while areas east of 
Rochester should remain dry. This boundary will head south into 
Pennsylvania Wednesday, before moving north across the state as a 
warm front by Thursday.  This will set the stage for much warmer 
weather for Thursday and Friday.
