  West central Forest County in northwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 746 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Franklin to 8 miles east of Grove City, moving
  east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 60 mph.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some 
           power outages.
