Much colder air will filter into Maine and New Hampshire today.
As low pressure develops to our west, it will spread
precipitation across the forecast area today. Rain changes to
snow across central and northern zones, while southern areas 
see mainly rain. Unsettled and cold weather is expected to 
continue through Tuesday. Another wave of low pressure arrives 
Tuesday night providing for another bout of mixed precipitation.
Colder than normal weather then continues through at least 
Thursday. A cold front moves through over the weekend.
