The National Weather Service in Key West has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Lower Keys in Monroe County in Florida...

* Until 1015 AM EDT..

* At 713 AM EDT, Doppler radar shows that heavy rain has ended in 
  the vicinity of Big Coppitt and Boca Chica Keys. However, over 5 
  inches of rain occurred earlier this morning, which has left 
  flooded roads. The Overseas Highway is in good shape, but some 
  residential and side streets continue to see significant flooding. 
  Flooding will ease as the morning progresses.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Big Coppitt Key, Boca Chica, Geiger Key, Shark Key and the
  westernmost Saddlebunch Keys.

Only minor additional rainfall totals are expected this morning.

This includes islands along US 1 between mile markers 7 and 14. 

A flood advisory means widespread ponding of water and street
flooding in urban areas is occurring or is imminent.

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the
roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross
safely.
