...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in North 
Dakota...
  Apple Creek near Menoken affecting Burleigh County 
For the Apple Creek River Basin including Menoken...Minor flooding is
forecast.

.Apple Creek near Menoken is currently below flood stage. At 815 AM CDT
Wednesday, the river level was 14.4 feet. Flood stage is 15 feet. Warmer 
temperatures with highs near 60 degrees are expected Thursday through 
Monday. This will result in the creek level to quickly rise again back 
into Minor flood stage Sunday morning. Additional rises to near 16 feet 
or Moderate flood stage is possible by Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...Do not drive into areas where water tops the 
roadway. Turn around...Don't drown. Avoid driving on flooded roads.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Apple Creek near Menoken.
* until further notice.
* At  8:15 AM Wednesday the stage was 14.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Sunday morning and continue to
  rise to near 15.9 feet by Monday morning. additional rises are 
  possible thereafter.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Large amounts of farmland floods. Houses 
  near Apple Creek become threatened. Apple Creek road becomes 
  covered with water about 100 feet west of bridge.  Other 
  north-south roads across Apple Creek are also threatened with 
  closure.
