THURSDAY FOR HARDING...NORTHERN BUTTE...ZIEBACH...NORTHEASTERN MEADE
AND PERKINS COUNTIES...

Automated reporting gauges continue to show minor flooding Wednesday 
evening, primarily in low-lying areas. Several rural roads have been 
closed as a result of this flooding, and rivers, creeks, and streams 
within the advisory are bankfull or out of their banks. Continued 
snowmelt, along with drainage issues resulting from blocked or 
overwhelmed culverts, will allow flooding to persist tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
