High pressure will bring light and variable winds early. Lake breeze 
is expected to develop around 12 to 1 pm from west/northwest, and 
will switch to become from the southwest by 4 pm. The wind off of 
the lake will keep temperatures cooler than inland areas, with 
somewhat higher RH's.
