* Until Monday morning.
* At  5:45 PM Sunday the stage was 13.6 feet, or 0.1 feet above Flood
  Stage.
* Flood Stage is 13.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...rise to 13.6 feet, or 0.1 feet above Flood Stage, this 
  evening. Then begin falling and go below Flood Stage Monday 
  morning.
* Impact...At 13.5 feet, East Washington street is closed.
