DISCUSSION...
Overall the weather pattern will remain fairly quiet through next 
week with relatively weak upper level flow dominating the region. A 
slight chance for light rain showers exists tomorrow afternoon 
across our southwestern counties as a weak upper shortwave moves 
across the region. One noticable limiting factor is surface 
divergent flow (in addition to weak lift aloft). Temperatures will 
remain cool through the weekend as surface high pressure just to our 
east continues to bring in cool, yet highly modified, air. Temps 
will continue to struggle to warm early next week due to the 
persistent high pressure off to our east. This should change by mid 
week when upper level ridging moves across the 4 Corners region. 
Rain chances are once again introduced towards the end of the 
forecast period as an upper level low pushes across the southwestern 
CONUS.
