  The Des Moines River at Fort Dodge, or From the municipal power 
  dam...to Lehigh.
* Until further notice.
* At  5:00 AM Friday the stage was 9.8 feet, or 0.7 feet below Flood 
  Stage.
* Flood Stage is 10.5 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...rise to Flood Stage this morning. Continue rising to 
  13.2 feet, or 2.7 feet above Flood Stage, Saturday afternoon.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet, Industries near Phinney Park are threatened.
  Residences along the west bank of the river in Lehigh are also 
  affected.

* Forecast...rise to Flood Stage this morning. Continue rising to 
  22.7 feet, or 3.7 feet above Flood Stage, Saturday afternoon. Then
  begin falling and go below Flood Stage early Thursday morning.

* At  5:00 AM Friday the stage was 28.4 feet, or 4.4 feet above Flood
  Stage.
* Flood Stage is 24.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...rise to 29.3 feet, or 5.3 feet above Flood Stage, this 
  evening. Then begin falling.
* Impact...At 28.7 feet, Simon Estes Amphitheater is inundated up to 
  intersection of the arcing sidewalks.
