Breezy south winds develop overnight. Sustained wind speeds between 
20 to 30 mph and gusts 35 to 45 mph are possible, especially over the
higher elevations. These wind speeds could blow around light weight,
unsecured objects, and make driving more difficult for high profile 
vehicles. Winds should gradually diminish on Friday.
