  Northeastern Saunders County in east central Nebraska...

* At 652 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain across the
  warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Woodcliff. This is a 
  POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

* Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
  Dodge and northeastern Saunders Counties.
