.DISCUSSION...Web cams along the coast into the Victoria area
confirm deteriorating visibility in dense fog. Issued Dense Fog
Advisory for coastal areas, northern Coastal Bend, and Victoria
Crossroads until 15Z Monday. See Marine section for extension of
Marine Dense Fog Advisory.

.MARINE...Dense sea fog will persist into the late morning hours
for the bays and near shore waters. Extended the Dense Fog
Advisory until 16Z Monday.

AVIATION...Satellite night fog imagery shows the stratus/LIFR
ceilings/vsbys covering most of south Texas early this morning 
with stratus/MVFR ceilings pushed westward into the western Brush
Country. Expect poor conditions with LIFR conditions will 
continue through the night into early Monday morning, except for
LRD area where ceilings will be IFR with MVFR vsbys expected.
Conditions will gradually improve to IFR ceilings/MVFR vsbys
between 14-16Z. Ceilings will lift to MVFR with VFR vsbys 17-18Z.
Ceilings will lift to VFR for LRD by 20Z. IFR ceilings will return
to the coastal plains between 23Z and 01Z Tuesday. Conditions will
continue to deteriorate through the evening to LIFR ceilings and
MVFR vsbys except for the Brush Country. MVFR ceilings will return
to LRD area by 02Z Tuesday. Isolated showers will be possible from
this afternoon into the evening hours mainly across northern
sections of south Texas. Chance not high enough to mention in the
VCT TAF.
