Clouds continued to dissipate through the evening around central
Illinois, as high pressure began to shift into the region.
Temperatures around the region late Sunday were dropping through
the 30s.

Partly cloudy skies overnight will give way to clearing Monday
morning. As high pressure overspreads the region Monday, abundant
sunshine will fill the skies across the Midwest. Dry weather will
hold in place for the first half of the week, as temperatures
remain seasonal. A big warmup is in store for mid-week, however,
this will also bring about another weather system.

Low temperatures tonight will range from around 10 degrees in west
central and northwest Wisconsin to around 40 degrees in southeast
Missouri and western Kentucky.

High temperatures Monday will range from the upper 20s in northern
Iowa to the upper 50s in western Kentucky.
