This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

A High Wind Warning is in effect for the southwest and south
central Texas Panhandle until 4 AM for southwest winds 35 to 45
mph with gusts near 70 mph at times.

A wind advisory is in effect until 4 am for southwest winds at 30
to 40 mph with gusts to around 55 mph across the western and
central Texas Panhandle.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions will be 
possible Saturday across parts of the entire Panhandles, with the
greater risk across the southwest and south-central Texas 
Panhandle and the eastern Oklahoma Panhandle.

Thunderstorms will be possible across the Panhandles Monday
through Tuesday night. At this time, severe weather is not 
expected.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.

Area fire managers and emergency officials should be alert for
elevated to near critical fire weather conditions Saturday.
