The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Small Craft Advisory, which is in effect from 9 AM CST Saturday to 7 PM CDT Sunday. * WINDS...Increasing to 15 to 25 knots with occasional gusts to 30 knots late Saturday morning. Winds will become north at 10 to 15 knots Saturday night, before backing west and increasing to 15 to 25 knots with occasional gusts to 30 knots on Sunday. * WAVES...Building to 2 to 4 feet late Saturday morning. Waves will build to 4 to 7 feet Saturday evening, then subside to 2 to 4 feet Saturday night. Wave heights are for ice free areas. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds over 20 knots or waves greater than 4 feet are expected to produce hazardous conditions to small craft.
