  inches in the most persistent lake snows. The steadiest snows
  will be this evening.

* WHERE...Oswego county.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The 
  hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
