This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota, northeast Iowa, and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Light snow is likely, mainly tonight and across parts of 
northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin. Accumulations up to 1/2 
inch could occur. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Rain, to a wintry mix to snow are all expected from Saturday into
early Sunday morning. While amounts from the variety of
precipitation types remain uncertain, impacts to travel with the
potential for river rises and flooding should be planned for. 

Pay close attention to forecasts for refinements to precipitation
types and amounts.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Winter Storm Watch Saturday into Sunday morning.

Snow to a wintry mix is expected Saturday into early Sunday
morning. Snow accumulations from 4 to 8 inches are currently
expected with the potential for a light glaze of ice. The bulk of
the accumulations look to fall during the afternoon and evening
hours. Drifting and blowing snow are also possible in open areas. Travel
will be impacted.

Pay close attention to forecasts for refinements to precipitation
types and amounts.
