Showers and perhaps an isolated thunderstorm is possible Thursday night into early Friday morning mainly along the Missouri Arkansas state line. A stronger storm system will approach the area on Saturday. Widespread showers and thunderstorms are possible. While some strong storms are possible, the amount of instability is still in question as widespread rainfall occurs. Monitor the forecast during the rest of the week for updates on any strong storm or heavy rainfall threats.
