Across West Central Texas this morning, skies were cloudy. 
Temperatures ranged from the upper teens, along and north of 
Interstate 20, to the mid 20s, along Interstate 10. Plus, winds were 
from the north, at 10 to 20 mph. Winds at this level, combined with 
these cold temperatures, were creating wind chills from around five 
degrees to around 10 degrees.

And now, here's your forecast summary for West Central Texas. After 
a very cold start to this work week, look for temperatures to slowly 
warm through late this week. By Thursday, expect highs again in the 
70s; that's much warmer than usual early March highs.
