* Until 315 AM PST Thursday.

* Persistent moderate to heavy rain will continue today and tonight 
  leading to urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches can be expected in 
  the valley, with 3 to 6 inches in the foothills, through early 
  Wednesday.

* Runoff will likely continue flooding issues into Thursday.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sacramento, Fairfield, Vacaville, Redding, Chico, Paradise, 
  Oroville, Red Bluff, Auburn, Grass Valley and Yuba City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
