...A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT JEFFERSON...LEWIS AND OSWEGO 
COUNTIES...

At 1114 AM EST, radar indicated thunderstorms were located along a 
line extending from near Cedar Point State Park to near Central 
Square. Movement was northeast at 70 mph.

Winds in excess of 35 mph and pea size hail are possible with these 
storms along with brief heavy downpours.

Locations impacted include...
Watertown, Oswego, Fulton, Fort Drum, Sandy Island Beach State Park,
Stony Point, Carthage, Lowville, Pulaski, West Carthage, Clayton,
Central Square, Adams, Dexter, Redfield, Glen Park, Herrings, Kring
Point State Park, Highmarket and Mexico Point State Park.

This includes Interstate 81 between exits 32 and 52.
 
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
