...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST THIS MORNING...

The Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of southwest Virginia and West Virginia, including 
  the following areas, in southwest Virginia, Buchanan and 
  Dickenson. In West Virginia, Clay, McDowell, Northwest 
  Fayette, Northwest Nicholas, Northwest Raleigh, Southeast 
  Fayette, Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Raleigh, and Wyoming. 

* Until 7 AM EST this morning

* Rain will gradually diminish through dawn but additional rains
  on already saturated ground may cause additional flooding. 

* Flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas and roadways 
  along streams, creeks and rivers is possible. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
