...RED FLAG WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR SATURDAY FOR THE 
SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS AND WESTERN PERMIAN BASIN FOR WINDS OF
20 MPH OR GREATER, MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF 15 PERCENT OR 
LESS, AND VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER...

.An upper trough will pass over the region Saturday and spin up a
deep surface low that will result in high wind across parts of 
the area. The west wind will also result in dry air moving in  
and very high fire danger. This will result in critical fire 
weather conditions Saturday for the Southeast New Mexico plains 
and Western Permian Basin.

MEXICO PLAINS FOR WINDS AT LEAST 20 MPH, MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY
OF 15 PERCENT OR LESS, AND VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER...

The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa has issued a Red
Flag Warning, which is in effect from 10 AM to 5 PM MST Saturday.
The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. 

* WIND...West 20 to 30 mph with higher gusts 40 to 50 mph.

* HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now or will shortly. A combination of strong
winds, low relative humidity and warm temperatures will increase
potential for fire growth.

Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 6 PM CST Saturday.

* WIND...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
