...Flood Warning extended until late Saturday night...The Flood 
Warning continues for
  The Oconee River near Penfield.
* Until late Saturday night.
* At 800 AM Friday the stage was 13.5 feet...and rising slowly.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* The river will continue rising to near 14.0 feet after midnight 
  tonight. The river will fall below flood stage Saturday evening.
* At 15.0 feet...Minor flooding continues to expand into fields...
  woodlands and pastures...mainly on the right bank of the river...
  upstream and downstream from the gage on the Georgia Highway 15 
  bridge.
