Plains and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Mild, dry and breezy westerly winds may create elevated fire
weather this afternoon across the Rolling Plains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Strong westerly winds, potentially sustained above 30 mph, will 
occur on Saturday. These gusty winds will loft blowing dust and 
may create elevated fire weather when combined with mild and very
dry air.
