Widespread light to moderate snow is expected to spread northeast across the region Tuesday through Tuesday night. The latest trends suggest accumulations of one to five inches are possible with some locally higher amounts. A rain and snow mix may limit accumulations across far southeast Kansas. Furthermore, the snow could mix with and eventually change to patchy freezing drizzle for a time Tuesday evening.
