* WINDS...West or southwesterly winds with gusts of 40 to 50 mph
  are expected. 

* TIMING...through Midnight this evening. Winds may decrease
  during the morning hours before becoming gusty again by late 
  morning. 

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. 
  Strong crosswinds are likely making travel difficult.
