Flight categories will take a nosedive over the next 12 hours or
so, with IFR and LIFR conditions becoming prevalent. Expect
prevailing rainfall will shift to KTRI this afternoon and evening,
with only some -RADZ expected at KTYS and KCHA later today and
tonight. Also expect some fog will be a possibility and have that
accounted for at KTYS and KCHA. Lastly, do not expect much
improvement in flight categories after daybreak tomorrow.
