Through 6 pm...widely scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
will affect the southeastern Texas Panhandle into the northern 
Rolling Plains. Brief rainfall and a few rumbles of thunder will 
accompany this activity as it races northeast around 50 mph. Rain 
totals of a trace to tenth of an inch will be common. A few spots
that may experience this activity includes Memphis, Childress and
Kirkland.
