* WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Plan on difficult travel
  conditions, especially during the morning commute. Additional
  snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches are expected.

* WHERE...Kaibab Plateau, Western Mogollon Rim and Eastern 
  Mogollon Rim.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Look for significant reductions in
  visibility at times in falling and blowing snow.
