...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN WARREN AND
MCDONOUGH COUNTIES UNTIL 700 PM CST...

At 625 PM CST, a strong thunderstorm was located over Colchester, or
near Macomb, moving northeast at 50 mph.

Sleet and half inch hail is possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Macomb, Bushnell, Colchester, Avon, Good Hope, Prairie City,
Bardolph, Sciota, Western Illinois University, Adair, Fandon, Little
Swan Lake, New Philadelphia, Walnut Grove, Greenbush, Pennington
Point, Macomb Municipal Airport, Scottsburg, Spring Lake and Swan
Creek.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead 
to ponding of water on roadways. With temperatures in the upper 20s 
to low 30s, rapid icing is also possible on surfaces.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can 
strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside 
a building or vehicle.
